The Branch has established wide  international contacts, which result in the following aspects:

conducting joint researches and projects;
holding and attending international conferences, workshops and meetings;
participation of foreign colleagues in the  Branch's publications, and vice versa;
making business trips abroad;
receiving foreign colleagues;
membership in international scientific societies and editorial boards.

 - Preparation for the publication of complete set of works by G.Leibniz  with Berlin Academy of Sciences - N.Nevskaya, A.Kuznetsova, .

 - Co-operative project with Tübingen and Jena Universities   "Evolutionary Theory: between fascism, communism and liberalism " - E.Kolchinsky.

 - Participation in the work of Kepler committee (München) - N.Nevskaya, A.Kuznetsova.

 - Co-operation with the Institute for the History of of Eastern Europe (Finland) and the Institute for the History of Science (Poland). - M.Khartanovich.

 - Co-operative project with Jena University "Contacts of Jena Society of Naturalists with Russia (1793-1805)" - I.Cherkaz'yanova.

 - Cooperative research of Russian-German contacts in the XVIII c. - with  "Frankische Stiftung" - E.Kolchinsky.

 - Co-operative project "Globalisation of Science Development in Eastern Europe" - with Norwegian  University of Science and Technology - E. Kolchinsky.

 - Co-operative editorial work on the materials of the international conferences "Science and Authorities", "Science and Cold War", "Science and Society" - E.Kolchinsky.

 - Joint research on apocryphal heredity with National Inst. Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS, North Carolina, USA) - M.Golubovsky.

 - Participation in the work of Eiler's committee (Switzerland) on the publication of the 4th series of complete set of works by Loenard Eiler  Yu. Kopelevitch.
